Hotel Chandralok

We've been here at Hotel Chandralok for a good while now. Our place is tucked away on Speaker Road in Nayatola, right over in Muzaffarpur. People usually find us because we’re near where Upendra Kumar Asthana stays, which is a pretty well-known spot around here. It’s not a huge fancy place, just a regular hotel where people can stop and stay when they are passing through Bihar. The area gets a bit busy during the day, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We mostly just keep things running, making sure the rooms are tidy and folks have what they need for the night. We aren't doing anything too complicated here. Usually, it's just the local staff hanging around, taking care of the registers and helping guests with their bags. It can get a bit loud outside with the traffic on Speaker Road, but inside we try to keep it decent. Sometimes the power goes out, but we deal with it like everyone else does in Muzaffarpur. We have been in this same spot for years, so most of the rickshaw drivers know exactly where to drop you off. If you are coming from the main station, it’s not too far of a ride. We don't really have a big website or anything, we just focus on the people walking through the door. It is a simple life running a hotel in Nayatola, but it keeps us busy every single day.
