Hari Om Traders

We are located in Village Kurhani, right near the Shiv Mandir. It is a peaceful spot most of the time, except when there is a festival at the temple. You can hear the bells ringing throughout the day, which is a nice background for our work. We deal with trading agricultural goods mostly. Our building is a simple structure with a large front door that stays open all day. The interior smells like dried grain and burlap bags. We have a small weighing scale that has been with us for years and it still works just fine. Farmers from the surrounding fields bring their stuff here, and we spend a lot of time talking about the rain and the soil. It is a slow pace of life in Kurhani, but we like it that way. There is a big tree outside where people sit and rest for a bit while their goods are being weighed. We don't have any fancy signs or computers. Everything is written down in the big red books we keep on the shelf. Sometimes a stray dog will wander in looking for shade, and we let them stay for a while. It is a community thing more than just a business. We see the same people every week and know their families. It is just the way things are done in the village, keeping it simple and honest for everyone. We do not need much more than that to get through the day.
