Bhushan Steel Ltd. Khopoli, Raigad (M.H.)

This office is located in Muzaffar Nagar, U.P., even though we are part of the Bhushan Steel Ltd. division for Khopoli. It sounds a bit confusing, but we handle things from this side of the country at pin code 251305. Muzaffar Nagar is a place with a lot of history and it gets very busy during the harvest seasons. We focus on the steel side of things here, mostly doing the coordination work that bridges the gap between different locations. It’s a small setup in U.P. compared to the big plants. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking the mail. The office is pretty basic. We have our desks, our files, and a small area to sit and talk. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just deal with the reality of moving steel and managing records. Some days the electricity goes out and we just have to wait it out, which is part of life here. We've got a few local guys working here who know the area well. It makes it easier to get things done when you know your neighbors and how the town works. We just keep a steady pace.
