Landour is a bit different from the rest of Mussoorie because it stays much quieter. Our office is in Room No. 28 at Mulingar Bazar, which is quite a walk up the hill if you are not used to it. We have been working from this small room for some time, handling event planning and various promotions around the hill station. It is a modest space with just a few desks and a lot of wires for our equipment. The air is almost always cold up here, so we usually have a heater running and a kettle nearby for constant tea. We do not have a big team or a fancy office setup. Most of our work involves coordinating with local people and making sure things are where they need to be. Moving stuff like speakers or stage parts through these narrow, winding lanes is always a struggle, but we have figured out how to manage it. We help with local festivals, small music shows, and putting up posters for shops in the Landour Bazar area. Everyone around here knows each other, so we do not really need to do much advertising. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything goes as planned despite the occasional mountain weather issues. It is a slow-paced life, but we stay busy enough with the locals and the tourists who come through.
