Since we are right on the Mall Road, we see a lot of tourists and locals every single day. The weather can change fast, so we are always keeping an eye on the clouds. It’s a small, cozy setup we have here. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls; it is just a room with some chairs and a lot of notebooks. We spend our time figuring out how to make things work in this mountain town. Sometimes getting supplies up the hill is a bit of a challenge, but that is just life in 248179. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do a good job from our spot on Library Road. People usually find us while they are out for a walk. We like the personal touch of meeting people face to face. It’s a quiet kind of work most of the time, until a big event comes along. Then it gets very busy very quickly.
