Trainingco

Trainingco is located over in Murshidabad, specifically near the NTPC area in Nabarun. Our spot is at Fhc-164, close to the post office. It’s a bit of a specific location in West Bengal. Out here, things move at a different pace compared to the big cities. We focus on training programs. The office is pretty basic. We have some rooms set up with chairs and boards for when people come in. Most of the staff live in the surrounding district. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have any of those modern office gimmicks. It’s mostly about the work at hand. The weather can get quite humid here, so we just do our best to stay comfortable. Being near the NTPC means there’s a lot of industrial activity nearby, but our little corner is relatively quiet. We’ve been operating out of this post office area for some time. We aren’t a big company with hundreds of employees. We are just a local group providing some skills and training to those who need it. People know where to find us by the post office. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just show up, do the training sessions, and go home. It’s a steady routine that seems to work for everyone involved. Sometimes the rain makes the roads muddy, but we manage to get things done regardless. We stay focused on the daily schedule.
