We spend our days making sweets and treats. The smell of sugar and flour is pretty much always in the air around here. It’s a messy business, to be honest. There’s always a bag of sugar that needs moving or a tray that needs cleaning. We don't have a polished showroom. It's more of a working kitchen and storage area. We started this because we enjoy making things that people like to eat. It’s simple as that. We don’t have a big marketing team telling us what to do. We just use recipes that work and keep an eye on the ovens. Sometimes a batch doesn't come out perfect, and we have to start over. That’s just part of the job. We have a few local workers who have been with us for years. We’re all just trying to make a living and keep the business going.
