Our setup is located in Vill Kantabari, specifically in the Mistripara area. We work out of the property belonging to the wife of Asim Sharma. Atanu Food Product Private Limited isn't a giant factory with hundreds of machines. It is more of a local operation where we handle our food products with a lot of manual work. The village is usually quite peaceful, though you can hear the birds and the occasional tractor going by the fields. We started this because we wanted to have something stable here in the village instead of traveling far for work. Most of the people working here are from the nearby houses. We keep our tools clean and we just focus on getting the daily orders ready. The walls inside are painted a light color, and we have enough space for the packing tables. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy, so we have to plan our deliveries carefully. It’s a simple life here. We start early when the air is still cool and try to finish up before it gets too dark in the evening. We don't have fancy signs or a big lobby, just a solid door and some good people working hard. We have a small area where we keep the finished goods until the truck arrives.
