Km Exports

You will find us on the 2nd floor at No. 68 in the LK Market at 156. Being in a market means it is never quiet. There are always people shouting and moving goods downstairs. We have to climb the stairs every day which is good for the legs I suppose. The office is just a room where we handle our export business. It is full of folders and ledger books because we still like to keep some things on paper. The light comes in from a small window that looks over the market stalls. We see the same faces every day and we usually know what the weather is going to do based on how the vendors outside are setting up. It’s a simple setup with a few fans to keep the air moving. We spend a lot of time checking prices and talking to suppliers. Sometimes the market gets so crowded that the deliveries are late, but we just wait it out. It is not a polished office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular place in a busy market where we do our work. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the piles of paper get a bit high. It is just the way it is here. Most of the people in the building are friendly enough and we all help each other out when we can. Working in LK Market keeps us busy.
