X L A Inc

We've been at B-6 in the Annapurna Industrial Estate for a while now. Ghatkopar East is a busy spot, and Tilak Road is always moving. Most of us get here early before the traffic really kicks in. It's an older building, but it works for what we do at X L A Inc. The estate has all sorts of businesses, so there's usually a lot of noise and stuff being moved around in the hallways. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we just take the stairs. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. We just have our desks, some equipment, and a small area for tea. People know us around here because we’ve been in this unit for years. The neighborhood has changed a lot, with new shops opening up outside the estate gates, but inside it stays pretty much the same. We handle our daily tasks, talk to the neighbors when we see them, and try to keep things organized. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, but we have some fans going. There's a decent place nearby for lunch if we don't bring something from home. It's just a regular workplace where we get on with things. Nothing too complicated about it. We like being in this part of Mumbai because it’s easy for everyone to get to. It has been our home for a long time now.
