Our office is over in Wadala West. It’s a part of the city that’s always moving. We have a desk setup here where we handle a lot of the paperwork that comes through. It’s a lot of filing and checking numbers on screens. The building itself is older, so the elevator is a bit slow and sometimes it’s faster just to take the stairs. We have a small team here. Most of the time, the room is quiet except for the sound of typing or someone on the phone talking about a file. We don't have fancy furniture. Most of the chairs are just standard office ones we’ve had for a few years. There’s a window that looks out towards the station side, and you can see the trains if you lean over a bit. We get a lot of mail every day. Sorting through it takes up most of the morning. We don't really have a big lobby or a place for people to wait, so we usually just meet people right at the main table. It’s practical. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea because the afternoons can get long. The neighborhood has some good food spots nearby, so we usually head out for a quick bite around one o'clock. It’s just a regular workplace in Wadala. We do our hours, keep the records straight, and head home when the sun goes down. Nothing more to it than that.
