You can find us in the Hiramani Building on Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Road in Mumbai. It's a big old building, floors 130 to 134. Mumbai traffic is no joke, so we usually hear the horns honking all day long. We’ve been arranging trips and tickets for quite a while now. The office is full of maps and old brochures. We still use some of those big wall calendars too. It’s a busy place, especially around holiday times. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us for years. They just walk in and sit down for a chat. We aren't some big online site where you never talk to a person. We are right here. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the Mumbai heat, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. We keep a stash of biscuits for when things get busy. It’s a lot of coordination, calling hotels and checking flights. Sometimes things go wrong with schedules and we have to scramble to fix it. That's just how travel goes. We aren't fancy, just a group of people who know their way around a ticket booking system. The building is easy to spot once you're on the main road. Just look for the Hiramani sign. We're usually here until late most evenings. It's a lot of work but we like the pace of it all.
