You can find us on the 4th floor of the Silver Utopia building. It’s right on Cardinal Gracious Road in the Chakala area of Andheri East. Being in Andheri means it’s always busy outside, with a lot of noise and people moving around. Up here on the 4th floor, it’s a bit quieter. We handle the sales side of things for Volkswagen Group India. It involves a lot of meetings and looking at spreadsheets. It's not as hands-on as being in a garage, but it's how the business stays running. We have a lot of desks and a few small rooms for talking privately. The elevators can be a bit slow in the morning when everyone is trying to get to work. Most of us take the train or drive through the Chakala traffic, which is never fun, but you get used to it. We aren't doing anything magical here. It’s just coordinating with dealers and making sure the inventory is where it needs to be. The office has a decent view of the street below, though we mostly just look at our monitors. It’s a professional environment but we keep it pretty relaxed among ourselves. We’ve been in this building for a while now and know the security guards and the folks at the tea stall downstairs. It’s just where we do our work every day. Nothing fancy, just the business of cars and sales. We try to keep things organized despite all the chaos of the city.
