Vimla Engineering

You can find Vimla Engineering at 157 A/2 in the Shah & Nahar Industrial Estate. Lower Parel is always a bit of a mess with traffic and people everywhere, but we have been in this estate for a long time now. The building is one of those old industrial spots where everyone knows everyone else. Our space is filled with the sounds of tools and people talking over the noise of the fans. It is not a quiet office environment at all. We spend our days dealing with engineering problems and trying to get parts out the door. Sometimes the elevators in the estate are slow, which makes moving heavy stuff a bit of a pain, but we manage. We are just a group of people who enjoy working with our hands and seeing things get built. There are no big meetings or fancy presentations here. We mostly just stand around a workbench and figure out how to solve whatever issue came up that morning. The air is thick with the smell of oil and metal, which is how an engineering shop should be. We don't try to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the work sitting in front of us and try to get home before the trains get too crowded. It is a decent life and we are happy to be part of the estate. We just do our work and keep the machines running as best as we can.
