Modern Protection Investigations Pvt. Ltd. is based out of F-139 in the Kailash Vaibhav Complex. We are situated on Hiranandani Link Road in the Park Side area of Vikhroli West. It’s a large complex with lots of different offices, and we’ve been in this particular unit for a bit. The office is pretty quiet, which helps when we are looking into things or writing up our reports. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of notebooks. It’s not a glamorous job like you see in the movies. Most of it is just sitting at the computer or making phone calls to verify information. We spend a lot of time waiting for things to happen. The complex is busy during the day with people coming and going from all the other businesses. Vikhroli West is a good area to be in because it’s easy for us to travel to other parts of Mumbai when we need to. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just our name on the door like everyone else in the building. Sometimes we stay late when a case needs more attention, and the building gets real quiet then. We just focus on the facts and try to be thorough with our notes. It’s just regular work for us, even if the name sounds a bit serious. We are just people doing a job and trying to do it right.
