Our workshop is located at Gala No 18 in the Amar Industrial Estate, over in Santacruz East. Being in an industrial estate means it’s a lot of metal, noise, and hard work. We deal with modular systems, which basically means we spend our days around racks and enclosures. It’s not a fancy office with carpets. It’s a factory floor with tools, raw materials, and people in work boots. We’ve been at this location for a good number of years. Santacruz East is a practical place for a business like ours because it’s easy to get things in and out. We don’t have a polished showroom to show off. If you come by, you’ll see the guys working on the assembly or packing things for shipping. It’s a bit dusty and loud, but that’s how it is in an industrial estate. We started Valrack because we knew how to build these systems well. We don't spend time on big presentations or corporate speak. We just look at the specs and get to work. Amar Industrial Estate is full of businesses like ours, so there’s a lot of activity all day long. We open the shutters early and usually stay until the last order is ready. It’s straightforward, honest work. We know our way around a workshop, and we like the feeling of finishing a solid piece of equipment. We just keep the machines running and the orders moving out of Gala No 18.
