Neon Exports

We’re located in Santacruz East, inside the Bhatiya Glass Compound. It’s on Datt Mandir Road, right by the Vakola Pipeline. If you’ve never been here, it can be a little tricky to find the first time because it’s tucked away at number 31. The compound is full of different small businesses, so there’s always a lot of activity and different smells and sounds. Our space is functional and mostly filled with what we need for the day’s work. It’s not the kind of place you’d come to see a fancy showroom. We’ve got concrete floors and sturdy shelves. The pipeline area is always busy, and you see all sorts of people moving through. We spend a lot of time making sure things are labeled right and ready to go. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we just wipe things down and keep going. It’s a very hands-on environment. There isn't much in the way of peace and quiet, but that keeps us alert. We take our breaks when we can and usually have a chat with some of the other people working in the compound. It’s a real working-class area and we fit right in with the way we do things. Just hard work and making sure the day ends with everything in its place. It's a bit rough around the edges, but it's where we work.
