Utiliti Controls

Our office is over in Chembur, right on Dr. Gidwani Road. We are located in the Mercantile building, specifically at number 9. You can find us just above where the Hong Kong Bank is. It is a fairly central location for the neighborhood, so there are always people moving around on the sidewalk outside. We work on various types of controls. The office itself isn’t very large, but it serves us well enough for what we do. We have our desks and our filing cabinets, and we spend a lot of the day just coordinating different tasks. Chembur is a busy place to be, and being right near the bank means it is easy for people to find us if they ever need to stop by for a chat. We don’t really go for anything flashy or expensive. There is no fancy reception area or glass-walled meeting rooms in our suite. It is just a few rooms where we sit and get things done. We have been here long enough that we know most of the other people working in the building. Sometimes the stairs feel like a bit much if the elevator is being slow, but that is just how it goes in an older building. We handle the controls side of things, making sure everything is in proper order. It involves a lot of phone calls and double-checking little details. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us. We keep it straightforward and do the work. It’s a decent place to spend the day.
