Toyo Engineering India Ltd

Toyo Engineering India Ltd is based out of Kalyan East, specifically in the Tripura Lok Dhara area. Our office is in C-1/301, and it’s a pretty standard place where we spend most of our waking hours. Kalyan is quite a distance from the main Mumbai hubs, but we have a lot of local people working here who prefer the shorter commute. The building is decent and we’ve made our space comfortable enough with plenty of desks and a small area for making coffee. Engineering work keeps us pretty occupied throughout the day, so there isn’t much time for anything else besides the projects we have on our plates. We deal with various technical problems and try to find practical solutions without making things overly complicated. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even when we have deadlines looming. We aren't big on meetings that last forever; we’d rather just get to the work. Being in Mumbai but out in Kalyan gives us a bit more breathing room than being in the congested city center. We see the same faces every day around the building, and there’s a sense of community there. It’s just a bunch of engineers and staff members trying to do a solid job. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do because the work usually speaks for itself. We just show up, do the engineering, and head home on the local train like everyone else in this area.
