Tophunt Security Services

Tophunt Security Services is based out of Asalpha in Ghatkopar West. Our head office is at number 1, and it is a busy little place where there is always someone coming or going. Being in the security business means our phones never really stay quiet for long. We spend a lot of time interviewing new people and checking their references to make sure they are reliable. It is a tough job because you have to manage so many different personalities and schedules. The office is pretty basic with a few desks, some chairs for the guards to sit in while they wait, and a lot of logbooks. We have a map of the area pinned to the wall with some faded ink marks on it. Sometimes the tea we make is too sweet, and the biscuits are usually stale, but it keeps us going through the long afternoons. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Mumbai; we just want to make sure our clients feel okay when they go to sleep at night. There is a lot of back-and-forth communication on the radios and mobile phones, and sometimes things get confusing, but we always sort it out in the end. It’s mostly about showing up on time and doing what you said you would do. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next shift.
