Telesoft

You can find Telesoft in Vile Parle East, right behind Menerva Mill. We are in the Prasad Building on the ground floor, Gopalpuram area. It’s an interesting part of town with a lot of history. The old mill area has changed a lot over the years, but our building still has that classic feel to it. Being on the ground floor is nice because we don't have to wait for the lift every time we step out. We’ve got a few rooms filled with computers and some old filing cabinets that we should probably clear out one day soon. The windows look out onto the street, so we see people walking by all day. It gets a bit humid in the monsoon, and we have to keep the fans running constantly to stay cool. We aren't a huge team here. We’re just a bunch of people who know how to handle software and data. Most of us live nearby, so we walk or take a quick rickshaw to get here. There’s a small snack shop nearby where we get biscuits for the office meetings. We don’t have a formal dress code or anything like that. As long as the work gets done, nobody cares much about what you’re wearing. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though it can get stressful when a deadline is close. We’ve been at this for a while and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow around us. It's a good place to be.
