We are based in Tripura, C-1/102, which is part of the Lokdhara Chs. in the Lokdhara area of Kalyan (East) 421306. It’s a residential complex, so our office has a very local, neighborhood feel to it. It’s not a big corporate tower; it’s just a regular unit in a housing society. This means we know the security guards and the people who live in the other wings of the building. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the space is packed with all the things we need for our engineering projects. There are folders everywhere and some old computers that still work well enough for what we need to do daily. Kalyan East can get very crowded, especially near the railway station, but Lokdhara is a bit more tucked away and quiet. We spend our days going through spreadsheets and drawings for Tce Consulting Engineers Ltd. It can be a bit cramped when we are all in the office at once, but we make it work somehow. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to break the silence while we work. There isn’t anything fancy about our setup. We have a small pantry where we make our own tea and eat our lunch boxes together. It’s a very grounded way to work, and we like being part of a community. Most of the people working here have been with us for years, so we’re more like a small family than just colleagues. It’s a simple, honest place to earn a living and we like the view of the courtyard.
