You can find Tataria Hardware Innovation at B-203 & 204 in Excel Plaza. We are right on 90 Feet Road, across from the Federal Bank and just behind the Durga Mata Mandir. It’s a busy neighborhood and we like being right in the middle of it. Our shop is full of hardware samples, handles, and all sorts of fittings. It’s a bit crowded in here because we try to keep a lot of variety on the shelves. We’ve been here for a good while and have gotten to know the people who live and work around 90 Feet Road. We don't have a big corporate vibe at all. It’s just a local shop where we help people find what they need for their homes or projects. Sometimes we spend a long time talking to a customer about which hinge or handle would look best. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just show what we have and let the products speak for themselves. The temple nearby usually has something going on, so there’s a nice atmosphere around the plaza. We handle everything ourselves, from stocking the shelves to doing the accounts. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy. We aren't looking to be a giant chain, just a reliable hardware spot for the locals here. We usually grab lunch from the stall outside the bank when the shop isn't too crowded with people.
