You can find us at Prem Estate on the 1st Main Road. We’ve been operating out of this unit for several years. It is a decent place to work from, and it’s easy for people to find us once they get into the estate area. We handle various service requests throughout the day. Usually, the phone starts ringing pretty early and doesn’t stop until we head home. We aren't a big corporation with departments; it’s just us handling whatever comes through the door. Some days are slow, while others feel like we can't keep up. That’s just the nature of providing services. We have some tools and equipment stored in the back, and the front area is where we talk to anyone who drops by. The 41527 area has quite a few businesses like ours, so we know our neighbors well. We try to be honest about how long a job will take. If we can't do it, we just say so. There’s no point in overpromising. We've built up a decent reputation just by showing up and doing the work. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we run behind schedule when a job is tougher than it looked. But we always finish what we start. We’re just regular people trying to make a living and keep the business running. We don't use any fancy apps to track things, just a notepad and some common sense. It’s been working fine for us so far. We are just a group of workers trying to do our best.
