Sukem Industries

We've been at Ashirwad Industrial Estate for a while now. It's a busy spot on Ram Mandir Road. Most mornings start with the sound of shutters going up around Goregaon West. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we do. We handle the manufacturing side of things. It gets pretty loud in here when the machines are running, but that's just how the day goes. Sometimes the traffic on the way in is a real headache. We just focus on the work at hand. Most of our guys have been with us for years. They know the routine inside out. We don't spend much time on fancy offices or anything like that. The floor is where everything happens. We get orders, we process them, and we get them out the door. It’s practical work. People stop by sometimes to check on their stuff. We usually have tea ready around four. The rainy season makes the estate a bit messy, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around. We just want to get the jobs done right so we can head home at a decent hour. It’s a straightforward business. We deal with suppliers and try to keep things moving. There’s always something to fix or a part to find. That’s just life at Sukem Industries. We've seen a lot of neighbors come and go in this part of Goregaon, but we're still here, doing our thing every day. We just keep our heads down and work.
