Soham Impex

Soham Impex is based in Unit No. 6 of the Old Ramgopal Industrial Estate. We are right opposite Jawahar Talkies in Mulund West. It’s one of those older industrial areas where you can find all sorts of businesses. Our unit is a bit worn around the edges, but it serves us well. We do a lot of import and export work from here. There are always crates and pallets being moved in and out. The floor is concrete and has some cracks from years of heavy use. Mulund is a busy suburb, and this particular spot near the talkies is always active. You can hear the sounds of the industrial estate all day—clanking metal and engines. We have a small partitioned area for the office work. It’s where we keep the computer and the files. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We don't have any fancy signage outside. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking for the unit number. We’ve got a small crew of workers who have been with us for a long time. We just focus on getting the goods shipped out on time. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep plugging away at it day after day. It's a bit messy sometimes but we get the job done eventually.
