Solution Ghatkopar is a simple name for a simple shop. We are in Ghatkopar at Sh.No 3/4. This place is mostly about getting things fixed. People bring in their broken electronics and we see what we can do. The workbench is always covered in tools, wires, and little bits of plastic. It looks like a mess to anyone else, but I know exactly where my soldering iron is. We don't have a big waiting area with plush chairs. There is just one wooden bench for people to sit on while they wait. The walls have some old posters that have been there for years. We don't really bother with decorating or making it look like a high-end boutique. People come here because they want their stuff to work again, not for the atmosphere. I do most of the work myself. Sometimes it takes longer than expected because some parts are hard to find. I just tell the customer to come back in two days. We don't use a lot of technical jargon. If it’s broken, we say it’s broken. If it can be fixed, we fix it. It’s an honest way to earn a living. The shop is small, but it’s been enough for us all these years. We usually shut the doors around eight, unless someone comes in at the last minute with an emergency.
