Solex Auto Agency

We are set up over at 9/11-12 Nicholson Road in the Kashmere Gate area, near Motilal Nagar. This part of the city is famous for auto parts, so Solex Auto Agency is right in the thick of it. The shop is always busy with people coming in and out looking for specific pieces for their vehicles. It’s a lot of loud talking, phones ringing, and the general sound of the market outside. We have stacks of boxes everywhere, and the shelves go all the way to the back of the shop. It might look a bit disorganized to someone from the outside, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We don't use any fancy sales talk here. We just tell people what we have and what it costs. Most of our day is spent checking stock, talking to suppliers, and helping the customers who drop by. The heat in the summer can be tough because the shop is open to the street, but we just keep the water cold and keep moving. We’ve been a part of the Kashmere Gate community for a long time and have seen it grow and change through the seasons. We are just local people running a local agency. There aren't any big corporate goals, just the simple goal of making sure we have what people need when they come looking for it. It’s a hectic life but we really enjoy being part of all the action on Nicholson Road.
