Slb International is located over in Khar, specifically at Union Park on Pali Hill. Our spot is in the Cenced Apartment building, unit 12-D. It’s a nice enough part of town, though parking can be a real headache if you aren't lucky. From this office, we handle all our international trade stuff. Mostly, the day consists of sitting at desks, dealing with shipping documents and talking to agents overseas. Because of the time differences, staying late sometimes is necessary, even if we’d rather not. The apartment we work out of is comfortable, but it definitely feels like a workspace with all the files and computers everywhere. A small kitchen area provides us with tea, which is pretty much the fuel for the day. Having operated from this Khar address for a while, we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a mix of residential and small offices around us. A big marketing team doesn't exist here; we just focus on the logistics and making sure the containers are moving. Sometimes things get delayed at the port, and those are the days when the office gets a bit stressful. But usually, it’s just steady work, one day at a time, making sure we stay on top of the paperwork. Keeping things simple is our goal, without trying to overcomplicate our day-to-day tasks.
