Siddhivinayak Motors

Siddhivinayak Motors is located in Chembur at Shop No 29/1 on W T Marg, right in the Govand area. It’s a busy part of town and there’s always a line of cars or bikes waiting outside on the street. The shop itself is full of tools, spare parts, and the smell of engine oil and old tires. We’ve got grease on the walls and the floors because that’s just the nature of the work we do here. My hands are rarely clean by the end of the day, and the same goes for the rest of the crew. We spend our hours looking under hoods or changing out parts that have seen too many miles on these rough roads. It’s noisy with the sound of wrenches clattering and the occasional engine revving up to see if a fix worked. We don't have a waiting room with fancy chairs or magazines. People usually just stand around and chat while we work or go grab a tea at the stall next door. Sometimes we have to wait a couple of days for a specific part to arrive, and we just keep the car parked out front until it does. It’s a lot of manual labor and figuring out why a machine isn't behaving like it should. We’ve been in Chembur for a long time and have seen all kinds of vehicles come through. It’s a messy job but we’ve got the hang of it now.
