Shriji Tutorial

Shriji Tutorial is located over on Shivaji Road 11 in Kandivali West. We have been here for a good while, helping students with their studies. It is a simple setup, just some rooms with desks and chairs where the teaching happens. The street outside can get pretty noisy with the local traffic, but once the students are inside, they usually settle down and get to work. We cover different subjects depending on what the kids need help with that week. It isn't like a big school; it is more personal than that. Most of the kids who come here live in the nearby buildings around Kandivali. We spend a lot of time going over textbooks and practicing problems on the board. Sometimes the sessions run a bit late if a topic is particularly tricky for them to grasp. We do not have any big marketing campaigns; we just rely on the fact that we have been on Shivaji Road for years. The place feels lived-in because it is. Books are stacked everywhere and there is always a bit of chalk dust around the floor. It is a lot of talking and explaining things until they finally make sense to the student. We just try to keep the atmosphere calm so people can actually focus. The walk from the station isn't too bad, which helps. It is just a local spot where learning gets done every afternoon and evening. We keep the schedule tight and the pencils sharp.
