We operate out of Flat 001 on Plot 95 in Sector 16. It’s a modest setup, basically a ground floor space that we’ve turned into our office for the export business. It’s not in a commercial skyscraper; it’s more of a residential-style building. This makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a typical corporate environment. We spend our days tracking shipments and talking to vendors. The space is a bit tight when we have a lot of files, but we make it work. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and the neighbors know us. There’s a small garden area outside that’s nice for a break. We handle all the usual export stuff, like documentation and logistics. It’s a lot of manual work and following up with people. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us doing the job as best as we can. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour, so we just sit and wait or use our phones to keep working. It’s a very hands-on way of running a business. We like the quiet of this sector. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We just take things as they come. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of ink, but we just walk down the street to get what we need. It’s a local way of doing things. We’re happy with how it is.
