Shree Dattaguru Classes

Our little spot, Shree Dattaguru Classes, is right in Shop No 1 at Botawala Chawl. If you are walking down New Prabhadevi Road, you will see the building. We are in the Prabhadevi area, which is always moving. Most people know the Samna Press nearby, so we just tell them to look for that and then head our way. Being in a chawl, it has that old Mumbai feel to it. It’s not a modern glass building or anything like that. The walls are thick and the shop is right on the ground level. We see the delivery bikes and people going to work every single morning. The 400025 pin code is home for us. Sometimes the street gets a bit loud with the traffic coming off the main road, but we are used to it by now. The neighbors in the other shops are friendly and we all know each other. We don't have a big fancy office, just Shop No 1. It is a practical space where we get things done. On rainy days, the water drips off the roof and we have to watch our step. But it is a fine place to be. We are usually here early before the sun gets too high. It’s just a regular day-to-day life here at Botawala Chawl. You can hear the sounds of the city all day long while we sit inside and handle the work. It is a very normal part of the Prabhadevi neighborhood.
