Our office is located in the Bonanza building at Sahar Plaza, units 306 to 308. If you know Mumbai, you know this area is always humming with activity. We are right in the middle of it. As a medical management group, our day-to-day isn't about seeing patients in beds, but more about the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps medical services running. We handle the logistical side of things from our space here in Maharashtra. The office isn't anything too fancy, just desks, computers, and a lot of files. We spend most of our hours on the phone or working through documents. Sahar Plaza is a busy place, so there is always a lot of coming and going. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough time in the day to get through all the paperwork, but that is the nature of management. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished front; it is just us working through the administrative tasks that hospitals and clinics need help with. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things are where they should be. We’ve been in this unit for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building. It’s straightforward work, mostly making sure the business side of medicine doesn’t fall apart. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the tasks at hand. It might not be the most exciting work, but it needs to get done every single day.
