Medical Outsourcing Solutions

We are located on Level 2 of the Raheja Center Point. This is over in Santacruz East, specifically on 36th Main Road in the 2nd Block. We are pretty close to Bombay University, so there are always students and staff around the area. Medical Outsourcing Solutions is what we call ourselves, but at the end of the day, we are just a group of people working in an office. The building is decent, and being on the second floor means we don’t have to wait too long for the lift. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff for medical work. It’s a lot of data, phone calls, and coordinating things that people don’t usually see. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in this Santacruz location for a while now. The area is convenient because of the university nearby, and there are plenty of places to grab a quick snack or tea during breaks. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, log in, and try to get through the files without too many errors. It’s a busy environment but we’ve got a good rhythm going. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but that’s just how outsourcing offices tend to be. It's practical and keeps us busy.
