We’re located up on the 5th floor of Powai Plaza, right in the middle of Hiranandani Business Park. It’s a busy area with lots of offices and people running around. Our space, number 504, is where we handle the logistics and system side of things for Schaefer Systems International Pvt. Ltd. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks compared to the guys out in the warehouses, but we keep things moving from here. The view of Powai is okay, but we’re usually too busy with spreadsheets and coordination to look out the window much. It’s a professional enough spot, but we try to keep it relaxed inside. We aren’t really into the whole corporate hierarchy thing; we just talk to each other and get the work finished. Since we're in a big business park, everything is close by, which is handy when we need to grab a quick lunch or mail something out. We deal with a lot of international stuff, so sometimes the hours get a bit weird depending on who we’re talking to. It’s a steady pace of work. We’ve got a good group of people here who understand how the storage systems need to function. It’s mostly just making sure the plans for the warehouse layouts are accurate. We spend a lot of time on details that most people wouldn't even think about.
