Saras Classes

You can find us at Shop No 35 on the ground floor of the Shivaji Nagar C.H.S. building. We are right on N M Joshi Marg in Lower Parel, which is a busy part of Mumbai. Being near Bawla Masjid and Curry Road makes it easy for people to find our location. It is a small shop, but we have been running Saras Classes here for quite some time. The walls are mostly covered with old posters and student notices. We do not have any high-end equipment or air conditioning that works all the time. Usually, we just have the fans running to deal with the Mumbai heat. It is a local place for local kids. Most of them walk over after their school finishes for the day. We do not use any polished language or big promises. We just sit with the students and go through their math and science problems. The noise from the traffic on N M Joshi Marg is something we have just grown used to over the years. It is a very practical environment. We spend a lot of time checking notebooks and explaining the same things until the students get it right. Parents often stop by on their way home from work to see how their kids are doing. It is just a normal, everyday part of the neighborhood here. We do not try to be anything other than a simple tuition center for the families living around Lower Parel and Curry Road.
