Sandeep Kulkarni Architect

Sandeep has been doing this for a while now. The office is over in Govandi East, right in B 202. It’s not a huge place, just a workspace where we sit down and look at drawings all day. Usually, it's just Sandeep and a couple of us trying to figure out how to make things fit or fix a floor plan that isn't working. We spend a lot of time on the computer, but there are also plenty of rolls of paper lying around everywhere. It gets a bit messy when a big deadline is coming up. People come by to talk about their houses or shops, and we just listen to what they need. There’s no fancy lobby or anything like that here. Just some desks, some chairs, and a lot of coffee being made in the small corner we have. It’s quiet mostly, unless the traffic outside gets loud. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our windows over the years. Some days are just about answering phones and making sure the measurements are right. It’s a job like any other, really. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs a plan drawn up, we sit down and get to it. No big fuss. It’s just how we work here in B 202. Sometimes the printer acts up, and that’s a whole ordeal, but we manage. Just a local spot doing architecture work in Govandi. We’ve got some old plants on the windowsill too.
