We are located up on the 5th floor of Suchita Business Park, which is in Plot No. 512 over in Pant Nagar. It’s pretty easy to find us because we are so close to the Ghatkopar Railway Station in Ghatkopar East. You can actually hear the trains sometimes if the windows are open. Being in such a busy area means there is always a lot of noise and people rushing around outside. Inside our office, it’s a bit different. We have our desks set up and there are usually some spare parts or tools lying around on the worktables. Samcool Services has been operating from this spot for a while now. We handle a lot of local repair work and maintenance stuff. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. We just have what we need to get the job done. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we end up waiting around with the neighbors. We know the guys in the other offices nearby. Most of our day is spent answering the phone and trying to schedule visits for the technicians. We don’t really do big advertising; most people just hear about us from someone else or see our sign when they are walking from the station. It’s a practical way to run things. We just try to stay organized and make sure we don't miss any calls. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy.
