We’ve been at No. 313 in the Creative Industrial Estate for a while now. N. M. Joshi Marg is usually a busy place, and our office is right in the thick of it. It’s not a fancy setup, just a workspace where we get things done and keep the paperwork moving. People come and go throughout the day, and sometimes the lift takes forever, but we manage. Most of the time we are just focused on the export stuff, making sure the crates are ready and the labels are right. It’s a lot of physical work and phone calls. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how things work around here. It gets loud outside with the traffic, especially in the afternoons. Sometimes we have tea together at the small stall downstairs. Our desks are usually covered in files because that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with international shipping. We like the neighborhood even if it’s a bit cramped. We have some good neighbors in the building who have been here as long as we have. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that because we're usually too busy with the day's tasks. If you come by, you’ll probably see us checking lists or talking to drivers. It’s a plain office for a plain job. We just try to stay organized and get the shipments out on time every week.
