We are located on the ground floor of the Sai Prasad Shopping Centre. This is in Kannamwar Nagar, Vikhroli East, right below the Vikhroli Court. It is a busy little spot. Since we are on the ground floor, people can just walk right in from the street. The shopping center has a lot of different stores, so there is always a mix of people walking by our door. We deal with medical services, mostly helping people with their prescriptions and basic health needs. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We have wooden desks and some metal filing cabinets that have been here since we opened. It isn't a sleek modern office, but it is comfortable for us. We know a lot of the lawyers and people who work at the court nearby because they stop in. Vikhroli East is a busy area, but our corner of the shopping center is familiar to the locals. We don't do any big advertising. People just see our sign when they are going to the market or the court. We spend the day talking to customers and sorting through supplies. It is a lot of repetitive work, but we like the routine of it. The rain sometimes leaks a little near the front door during July, but we just put a mat down. It’s a real place for real people.
