Sai Kripa Clinic

You’ll find Sai Kripa Clinic in Flat No 3, C Wing of the Viral Apartment building. We’re right on S V Road in Andheri West. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside. The clinic is inside a residential building, so it feels a bit more private than a storefront. You have to come through the main gate and find the C wing. We’ve been here for several years now. It’s a small setup, just a waiting room and the doctor’s cabin. We see people for all sorts of general health problems. A lot of our patients live in the surrounding apartments. We don’t have a big reception team, usually just one person handling the files and the phone. It can get a bit cramped when three or four people are waiting at the same time. We keep the place clean and tidy. There’s a ceiling fan that hums a bit too loud, but it keeps the air moving. We aren't trying to be a fancy medical center. It’s just a local clinic where you can get a quick checkup or a prescription. Being on S V Road means it’s easy to get here by bus or rickshaw. We just take things one patient at a time. It’s a simple life here in Andheri West. We know most of the people who come in. We just keep our doors open for the neighborhood and do what needs doing.
