Sagar Packaging

If you know Gala No. 18 on Datta Mandir Lane, then you know exactly where Sagar Packaging is located. We are right there in Tanaji Nagar, just off the main Kurla Andheri Road. It is an incredibly busy spot in Mumbai. The traffic is almost always a mess outside on the main road, but inside the gala, we stay focused on the boxes and materials we handle. We do all sorts of packaging work here. The space is a bit tight because we have to store a lot of inventory, so you really have to watch your step when you walk in. There are stacks of paper and board everywhere you look. We started small and just stayed that way because it works for us. My team and I do not really care for fancy titles or long corporate meetings. We just talk about what needs to be packed and shipped for the day. Sometimes the heavy rain in Mumbai makes things a bit difficult, especially since we work with paper products, so we have to be very careful about leaks or dampness. It is a lot of manual work, moving things around and making sure the sizes are correct. We have been in this lane for a long time, and all the other shop owners nearby are like neighbors. We share tea and talk about how the day is going. It is just a normal, hardworking place.
