Our company, Safe-Tronics Automation Pvt Ltd, is located in units B-16/17 of the Virwani Industrial Estate. We are right next to the Western Express Highway in Goregaon (E), which means the sound of traffic is pretty much the background music to our day. The estate is a bit of a maze with all sorts of small factories and workshops crammed together. Our space is filled with electronic components, control panels, and testing rigs. It is definitely not a clean or quiet office environment. We are usually busy assembling systems or trying to figure out why a particular circuit isn't behaving. We have a small team of people who have been working together for years, so we don't need a lot of formal rules or meetings. We just know what needs to be done. We don't use any fancy language to talk about our work. We just build automation and safety stuff and try to make sure it doesn't fail. Some days the heat in the workshop can be a lot, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We don't have a big promotional strategy. Most of our customers are people we have known for a long time. It’s a very grounded, practical way of doing business. We are just another shop in Goregaon trying to do a good job every day and get home before the highway traffic gets too bad.
