S. S. Parkar & Bros

Our office is in Flat No-8 on the first floor of the Nishant Building. We are right on Anna Sagar Marg, which connects to CST Road in Kurla West. It’s a part of Mumbai that never really sleeps, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. The building itself is a bit older, and our space has that lived-in feel you get with a family-run business. We’ve been S. S. Parkar & Bros for a long time now, and we’ve stayed in this same spot while the neighborhood grew up around us. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a few rooms where we handle our daily business. We have desks piled with folders and a small area where we sit down with anyone who drops by. The stairs up to the first floor have seen a lot of feet over the years. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, check the messages, and get to work on whatever needs doing that day. The noise from the traffic on CST Road is just part of the background for us now. We focus on being reliable and just doing the job we’re supposed to do. It’s a simple setup, but it’s served us well and we like the fact that we’re easy to find for anyone in the Kurla area.
