You can find S P Tutorials at 14/03 and 04 in the Shri Duttakrupa Chs. We are located in Sion, specifically in the Pratiksha Nagar area, which is 400022. The landmark we usually tell everyone is the Sunder Hotel. We are quite near to that. The housing society is a big complex, and we have our two units right there. It is a very local neighborhood. There are kids playing outside and people drying clothes on their balconies. It’s not a business park or anything like that. We like being part of the community here in Sion. Our rooms, 03 and 04, are simple and practical. We have some benches and a bit of space to move around. Pratiksha Nagar can get quite busy in the evenings when everyone comes home from work. We usually stay open until the sun goes down. The Sunder Hotel is a good place to grab tea, and we see people heading there all the time. Our daily routine is pretty much the same every day. We come in, open the shutters, and get to work. It’s a bit worn down in places, but it’s our place. There is no corporate polish here, just a couple of rooms in a society where we do our thing. It feels like a real part of Mumbai life, with all the noise and the people around us. Most of our neighbors are families who have lived here for years, so it's a very settled atmosphere.
