We are located over at 23-c in Miniland, right near the Shivaji Talao on Tank Road in Bhandup West. If you know the area, you know the lake is the main thing people talk about when giving directions. Our spot is easy to find if you’re familiar with the 00 078 pin code area. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of medical records or supplies that need sorting. It’s not a place built for show or fancy meetings. We spend most of our time coordinating health care services for people. The noise from Tank Road is a constant backdrop to our work day. Sometimes when it rains, you can smell the water from the Talao nearby, which is quite nice. Bhandup West is a crowded part of the city, and being right there in the middle of it keeps us busy. We don’t have a fancy reception area with a coffee machine. Usually, someone just points you to a chair if you have to wait for a minute. We handle a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. The staff here is small, and we all end up doing a bit of everything to keep things moving. It’s the kind of place where things get done without a lot of fuss. Whether it's managing patient info or talking to local clinics, we just stay focused. We like being part of the Bhandup community. It’s a real, working-class neighborhood, and our office fits right in with that vibe.
