Rishiv Medical Centre

Our centre is on the ground floor of the Shree Raj View building in Matunga West. We are situated right opposite Matunga Station, which is both a blessing and a bit of a headache because of the noise. You can hear the trains arriving and departing all day long, and the constant stream of commuters walking past the window never really stops. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to find us without having to worry about stairs or elevators. The space inside is quite basic. We have a small reception area and a few rooms for consultations. The tiles on the floor are a little old, and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound if we turn it up too high. We spend a lot of time just managing the flow of people coming in from the station area. It gets very busy during the morning and evening rush hours. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to drown out some of the station announcements. It’s a busy, lived-in kind of place. We don’t try to make it look like a fancy hospital. It’s just a medical centre where people can stop in. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name, and we feel like a real part of the Matunga community. We just keep things running as best as we can every single day.
