Rilltech Engineers Pvt Ltd is located over at 505-B in Pantnagar. Being in an industrial area like this means we are surrounded by other companies doing all sorts of manufacturing. Our place is where the heavy lifting happens. We do a lot of fabrication and engineering design. It is the kind of work where you are always wearing a helmet and safety boots. The shop floor is usually ringing with the sound of metal hitting metal. We handle projects for the bigger plants around here, sometimes making parts for their machines or helping with the structural stuff. We have got a team of people who actually live nearby, so we are very much a local outfit. We started with just a couple of machines and a lot of ambition. Now, 505-B is packed with equipment. We do not spend much time on fancy presentations. If a client wants to see what we do, we just take them out to the floor and show them what is being built. It is easier that way. Sometimes the deadlines are tight and we are here late into the night, but that is just the nature of engineering in a place like Pantnagar. We are proud of the fact that we can take a rough idea and turn it into a solid piece of machinery. It takes a lot of sweat and a bit of trial and error sometimes, but we get there.
