Right Match

If you head over to Borivali West, specifically at Marine Drive A-401, you’ll find us at Right Match. We’ve been in this office for a few years now. It’s a decent space on the fourth floor. From the window, you can see a bit of the surrounding area, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. We spend most of our time matching people with what they need, mostly in terms of jobs or placements. It’s a lot of phone calls and even more emails. We aren't a huge corporation with a glass building. We’re just a few people in a quiet room working through lists. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We don't use fancy marketing tricks. Most of our clients come through word of mouth. Someone tells a friend about us, and then they show up at A-401. We try to keep things honest. If we can't help, we say so. There’s no point in wasting anyone’s time. The files are organized, but the desks usually have a few stray tea mugs on them by the end of the day. It’s a practical environment. We like the vibe in Borivali West. It feels lived-in and real. We just do our bit every day, making sure the matches we make actually make sense for the people involved. It is a steady way to make a living and we appreciate it.
